Event Details
TED Live is a full day live stream of the Long Beach, California TED Talks from TED2013. Please join us for conversation and inspiration on Wednesday, February 27th.
ONLY 75 seats are available in the Steelcase Foundation Lecture Hall of the GVSU Center for Health Sciences in downtown Grand Rapids for each TED Talk session.
If you would like to attend please register. We ask that you come with the intention to fully engage the event and stay for one session, or all sessions, and engage the other attendees in conversation during the breaks. It is the community that is formed at TEDx events that make them special.
Sessions are from 11:30-1:15, 2:00-3:45, 5:15-7:00, and 8:00-9:45. During the day, refreshments will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own brown bag lunch.
Parking:
Parking passes will be provided for all non-GVSU students on a first come first serve basis. These passes will be for the upper lot and Lafayette lot. Parking at these lots are very limited. A parking pass will be sent to your email if requested during registration. Please see the image below for the location of lots.
Because parking is limited, we are encouraging entendees to take the bus. If you are a GVSU student, you can take the 50 to the stop on the corner of Lake Michigan Drive and Steward, then get on the Dash to the Hill (Bus 51) to CHS.
